F/Sgt. Michael N. Vitch, bomb-aimer for crew 44.

Crew 44 was piloted by F/Sgt. R.H. Smith, Mike and the rest of the crew FTR from thier first mission on a raid to Hanover Germany, 27/28 Sept. 1943, all were killed.
