Struck in the port leading edge of the fin and tail plane and starboard inner engine by flak while on a mission to Cap Gris Nez on 28 September 1944. The aircraft was repaired.

Struck in the port wing, port inner engine, and port tail plane by falling bombs from an unidentified aircraft while over the target on a mission to Essen on 23 October 1944. The aircraft was repaired.
