An interesting wedding which took place recently at New Barnet, Hampshire, England, had as principals Miss Rita Cuffe, daughter of Mr. & Mrs. B. Cuffe, 54 Somerset Road, New Barnet, and Flying Officer Jack Ferguson, Regina Sask. A member of the Bluenose Squadron of the RCAF Bomber Group. The wedding party is pictured above;

Miss Daphne Nisbey, bridesmaid, F/O Ferguson, the bride, S/L J. Eric Hockey, Kentville N.S. and Mrs Hockey. The groom is navigator in S/L Hockey’s crew and the marriage makes him his skipper’s brother in law since his bride is Hockey’s sister.

On the 28/29 January 1944, S/L Hockey and crew were flying in Halifax "WL-N" LL-134, on a mission to Berlin, they FTR, all became POW's
