A happy man is Sgt. Larry Leigh seen above making his farewells around an RCAF Bomber Group station in Britain. Larry has just been ordered to report to another station for repatriation, can’t wait to see his wife and baby back home. A fitter-armorer, for the Bluenose and Iroquois squadrons, he used to fly with a Boston squadron as an air-gunner. Larry is shaking hands with S/L Charlie Bishop, senior administrative officer, while the adjutant, F/L Horace Burgoyne looks on.
