Crew 10 Drinking a toast in coffee to “more and better prangs” are four members of the Bluenose Squadron immediately after they had taken part in a heavy attack against the German city of Mannheim.
F/Sgt. Fred Davis, Stratford, Ont. wireless operator; Sgt. Ken Burns, 322 East 18th Ave. Vancouver, BC, bomb aimer; Sgt. Dave Watson, Hunta, Ont. (near Cochrane) navigator; and Sgt. Jeffrey Hinks, flight engineer, a member of the RAF. They are members of a crew skippered by Sgt. Harry Ells , 252 W. Amelia St. Fort William, Ont. and fly as part of the RCAF Bomber Group.
